• The location was quite good. It was near the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. • The bathroom was big enough and clean. • The was free water in the hall.

The room itself was very clean, with a modernized bathroom that was spotless when we checked in. The property is a very quiet neighborhood that is far enough away from crowd noise but also not so far that you can’t walk to all of the major sites. Breakfast (Italian) was good, and all of the staff were very friendly and spoke English. The beds were extremely comfortable also.

The location is perfect - you can get to the city centre on foot in 10/15 minutes.

Loved the venue. Great little garden to sit in. The morning cafe manager was the sweetest lady who was very kind to my mother.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. Nice rustic room with good heating and comfortable bed. The location is very central as we could get to and back from the main attractions on foot. There are many restaurants surrounding the area, so it was very easy to grab a meal. Also, 5 mins walking distance to T2 tram line, which is 2 stops away from termini. The receptionist was very friendly and forthcoming with suggestions and recommendations or any help needed.

relatively close to the city center and the central train station (15-20 min walk), but in a quiet area. The room was clean, towels changed regularly. Kettle, tea/coffe, fridge, air conditioner and anti-mosquito fumigator in the room. Friendly staff. Close to the bus stop to go to Fiesole (line 7)
