I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, very convenient and close to everything you might need (both train station and touristic areas). The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The services provided were of high quality, making my stay very comfortable and pleasant. Lovely antique hotel, perfect for the four of us. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Excellent communication at all times which was very important to us as our flight was delayed. Highly recommend this hotel

• The location was quite good. It was near the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. • The bathroom was big enough and clean. • The was free water in the hall.

The room itself was very clean, with a modernized bathroom that was spotless when we checked in. The property is a very quiet neighborhood that is far enough away from crowd noise but also not so far that you can’t walk to all of the major sites. Breakfast (Italian) was good, and all of the staff were very friendly and spoke English. The beds were extremely comfortable also.
